NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 ARE ALLOWED IN THE SALON UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.

Deposits of $25 per hour will be required when booking for all new clients
Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of appointments within 48 hours of the service time will be charged a $20 per hour fee of services booked. Any cancellations prior to the 48 hour mark will not be charged but will lose any deposits on file.
(Every minute over the hour counts as an additional hour. Example: if an hour and 15 minutes is booked for services there will be a cancellation fee of $40)

Same day cancellations and no shows are subject to a $25 per hour fee of services booked

Cancellations MUST be done through our salon software or directly contacting Beauty by Henry at (240) 685-2563. (if contacting Beauty by Henry directly, you MUST receive a response in order for the cancellation to be valid). Cancellations via social media will NOT be granted.
Any cancellation fees not met at time of cancellation will result in NO future bookings until fee is paid in full and rebooking deposit is made.
When booking multiple appointments if 3 consecutive appointments are cancelled/rescheduled without a completion of service, all future appointments will be removed and require a deposit for future appointments.

5% Transaction fee when paying with a Credit/Debt Card.
